Software License
Online Tools and Documents, Inc. (“OLT”) doing business as Standards-Stores, provides templates, training, and other files available for download from our Web site under a limited-use license. Following the hyperlinks on our Web pages and downloading these files, signifies your agreement to the following terms and conditions. Please read them before proceeding.
• The software and other files made available for download (collectively, the “Software”) is protected by United States copyright laws and international copyright treaty provisions.
• This Software is just like any other copyrighted material.
• You may use it in accordance with this limited-use license.
• You may not redistribute these files to anyone else without written permission from OLT.
OLT licenses the Software to you for your use only. This Software may not be rented or leased. Redistribution to any other person or entity, alone or in combination with other software or files, without a separate written license from OLT, is prohibited. Those who have already purchased a license to certain OLT software products and are downloading a fix or update to those products, may use and/or distribute the downloaded files under the terms of any existing license. Backup copies of the Software may be made by you provided that you ensure that your use of such copies complies with the terms of this license.
Warranty Statement
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED BY THE PURCHASER. OLT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE AND THE MEDIA. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OLT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF OLT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN STATES WHICH ALLOW THE LIMITATION BUT NO THE EXCLUSION OF SUCH LIABILITY, OLT’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IS LIMITED TO $1. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS.
Restricted Rights
The Software is provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause. Contractor/manufacturer is Online Tools & Documents Inc., 540 Lake Street, Suite #14, Excelsior, MN 55331. You agree that any unauthorized duplication or distribution is subject to a $50,000 for each occurrence.
